Excellent location and good room size. We stayed in Presidential suite and it was great. Great views from balconies overlooking jungle tops.
Food. "American breakfast" - really? In Mexico?
Hotel is definitely worth staying at during off-season (discounted price). Would not think the same at regular rate because this is not a luxury hotel (service nor facilities). Having to pay extra for cheese in your omelette, leaking ceilings in public areas, shody finishing touches, etc. - these are not trademarks of a luxury property. For a recently completed hotel, signs of poor workmanship/planning are noticeable throughout.

El diseño sobre todo es muy bonito. Las habitaciones espaciosas. Camas muy cómodas. Balcón que daba a la selva con lo que tuvimos suerte. Leí comentarios negativos del restaurante y en nuestro caso estuvo bien, nos atendieron a tiempo con precios acordes a un hotel dentro de la selva. Un muy buen punto es que puedas caminar a las ruinas de Palenque
Nos dieron una habitación “comunicada” con la de al lado y se escuchaba absolutamente todo lo que hacían. También en la piscina había gente con sus altavoces personales poniendo su música a todo volumen así como gente dentro de la piscina jugando con pelotas, etc. lo que hacía tremendamente incómodo estar ahí y poder bañarte. Nos quejamos al personal de la cafetería y nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada al respecto. Un hotel de 5 estrellas no tiene unas normas de convivencia para las zonas comunes??? Ya leí en comentarios previos quejas sobre lo mismo con lo que el personal no hace nada al respecto. No poder descansar por la habitación comunicada y los vecinos ruidosos así como no poder disfrutar de la piscina hace que no recomiende este hotel que me parece que tiene mucho potencial
