Very Friendly staff, simple to check in and we were very well greeted upon arrival. A great room and lovely comfortable beds, Nice location and very convinent for exploring Troyes...
Personaly I Felt it was a little overpriced for the standard of the hotel. While there was absolutly nothing wrong with the facilities, clenliness, or Staff. I would have liked a little more of a luxury feel for the price I paid.
