Good secure underground parking available for small extra charge. Good buffet breakfast with excellent selection of fruits, meats, cheese, cereals and pastries.

L'accueil, les boissons offertes et le petit-déjeuner ( reste correct mais sans plus).

La chambre était à côté de l'ascenseur, elle était beaucoup trop petite et pas de rangement. En face de la patinoire avec la musique jusqu'à 1h00 du matin. La couette était bordée au sur-matelas, l'impression que le lit n'était pas vraiment fait. (J'ai du le refaire moi-même). Il faut border avec le matelas, le rendu est plus propre et plus confortable. De plus, la couette ne se déborde pas pendant la nuit. La salle de bain trop petite également. L'augmentation des prix sans amélioration des standards Accor. Rien de nouveau mais les prix augmente. Dommage...

Breakfast was good, but the coffee was awful. Availability of underground parking was good. Location was good

Machine coffee in paper cups at breakfast was dreadful. Breakfast was seriously overpriced. Parking was overpriced. Gaining admission to the underground car park was not easy. Why not send instructions and entry code by SMS or email on booking or the day before arrival.

A very well-appointed hotel in this price bracket. Adequate amenities, friendly and helpful staff, easy, secure parking and a great location near the centre of Troyes. The Ibis provides what you expect and does it well.

Getting a snack if you arrive late or a drink at the small bar can be a challenge and better to sample the local scene which is well worth the few minutes walk.

Piacevole sorpresa per le camere di dimensioni adeguate, la pulizia e l'arredamento funzionale di buon design. In tempi passati ricordo Ibis con camere anguste e troppo spartane. Spero che l'evoluzione sia di tutta la catena

Praticamente nulla

Gute Lage, nur 10minuten bis zum centrum . Gutes frühstücksbuffet in einem ausreichend grossen frühstücksraum. Grosse Tiefgarage , leider nur gegen aufpreis. Schöne grosse Zimmer und modernes Bad.

Nicht nur dieses hotel hat die übernachtungskosten deutlich erhöht . Das parken in der hotelgarage sollte kostenfrei sein.

Belle chambre bien équipé spacieuse et tout le personnel très agréable avec le sourire et une gentillesse exemplaire

Petit bémol mais vraiment pour dire nous sommes tombés sur une forte influence au niveau des petits déjeuners du coup un léger manque de place
