The hotel is in a prime location within the town, fantastic friendly staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome & it’s why we always stay here

Location, parking, room, good breakfast
Average receptionist, missing a bit of warmth. Also at the breakfast, it is missing positive communications from the team. Additional bed for kid was not ideal

Clean. But it was just a room
Very difficult to find location of hotel. Roads were closed by Police and we drove around for ages trying to locate it

1/ Location.
2/ Parking
1/ No light over seating area in Rm. 208 (Std lamp would of been OK)
2/ Check out staff was very poor.
3/ Try not to use existing glasses when refilling champagne. Noticed when there were three persons the glasses all got muddled up!
4/Rm 303 sliding door to toilet, danger of fingers getting caught in "finger recess"
5/ Breakfast in rooms is difficult and Motel like, for this hotel a breakfast room should be arranged ASAP. Evening meals out in central Troyes - not an issue.
