Room was comfortable, clean and had very recently been refurbished. Perfect location for walking to all areas of the old town. Staff friendly and helpful.
Our room was on the side facing a main street which got noisy early in the morning - ask for a room overlooking the front of the hotel where the street is mainly pedestrianised.

Excellent location just accross from
The main square and the pedestrian streets with restaurants and shops. Secure parking 3 mins walk with code sent to us in advance to access the garage. We were the last to arrive and the space was tight but we managed!!

Location was perfect. Walkable to everywhere. Car park was great to have as secure.

1/ Location.
2/ Parking
1/ No light over seating area in Rm. 208 (Std lamp would of been OK)
2/ Check out staff was very poor.
3/ Try not to use existing glasses when refilling champagne. Noticed when there were three persons the glasses all got muddled up!
4/Rm 303 sliding door to toilet, danger of fingers getting caught in "finger recess"
5/ Breakfast in rooms is difficult and Motel like, for this hotel a breakfast room should be arranged ASAP. Evening meals out in central Troyes - not an issue.
