The room was comfortable and very clean. Lovely bed.
As we checked in the bar man warned us there was a party with a DJ on that evening and it would likely be loud. He wasn’t wrong. Very loud dance music on until 1am. We were unable to relax in the bar so we had to spend our evening elsewhere until we bedtime. Even then we couldn’t sleep until the music stopped. When we raised this with the manager she was very dismissive saying events are advertised on social media and on a board in the pub. No good if you don’t live locally.
