The room was very spacious. Everything was new, clean and in perfect working order. Free parking. Decent WiFi. Beautiful gym with plenty of equipment. Great tv streaming options. Although no staff on site, responses from their app were always fast and helpful.
Housekeeping services are a significant additional fee per clean if you elect to have them (the app quoted $85 per service for the type of room we had). We opted not to have housekeeping but were able to request additional towels for no charge. There was no option for early check in if you get to town early - the app only gives you the access information 10mins before the official check-in time (4pm). Since there’s no staff onsite, there’s no option to see if the room might be available in advance.

The apartment was very well appointed. Modern in style with everything needed for a comfortable stay smart TV, cooking facilities plenty of extra towels and bedding. The bathroom was fantastic with a wonderful shower and great water pressure. The bedroom was spacious with an incredibly comfortable bed. The overall presentation was excellent, clean, modern and in good repair. The staff I did speak to were helpful and polite.
It was noisy, unacceptably so in my opinion. Construction work started outside the building before 7am in the mornings which disturbed my sleep every day. High powered tools causing noise and vibration - I'm not sure if this is just a temporary thing or if it is linked to nearby businesses. Hopefully it is not a permanent feature.
In addition, the interior sound proofing seems to be non-existent. I could clearly hear every word of the films that the people staying in the next room were watching when trying to fall asleep, conversations were easily overhead, doors slamming and footsteps echoed around the whole building.
It was really disappointing and would put me off staying again as you are paying for accommodation for the purpose of sleep.
