Arrnaged for collection of keys from a lock box outside the apartment. Very quick & easy, I was even sent a video showing me the route from the hotel entrance to the apartment
Althought the room was great and clean, the complex is in need of a lot of updating. Lots of damaged floor tiles which would easily cut your foot if you didn't wear any footwear and the 3 pools had some debris on the floors in the corners, even through they seemed to be cleaned every day

Had everything we needed. The surroundings were kept tidy. Staff welcoming and friendly. The pool side was lovely always got a sun lounger at any time of the day. The pool was cold but that did not stop my daughter train in the mornings when it was very quiet. It was nice not to have to rush to get to the pool. Had a friendly poolside bar serving great food. Only a short walk away is a lovely complex with supermarket, bar restaurants, and a market on Thursday and Sunday with live music. Two surfing shops close by which served us a great experience. Short walk to the main strip with lovely shops and bars, restaurants the harbour front and music square. Well positioned apartment. I would definitely stay again. Photos on the website are an accurate description. Soft towels provided for each guest. Hairdryer too!
Just needs a little cosmetic attention near the roof but this is a minor detail, just an observation when sat outside on the terrace.
