That it was in a clean safe area.

not good. Also, they knew there was a huge group leaving early, so when we got there they had no food ready and little fruit.

Very clean facility.
Breakfast was just processed eggs. Not very appetizing. Motels/Hotels that are much cheaper have better breakfasts.
The bathtubs/showers are very slippery – no gripping surface on the tub and no grab handles. I can't believe that a hazard assessment was not made or if made, recommendations were not followed. You are just one slip away from a brain injury changing a family's life forever and a 20 million dollar lawsuit. What was your designer thinking?
