Excellent location, a genuine 5 min stroll to Castel Sant Angelo, 10 Mins walk to St Peter's, and about 15 mins walk to Trevi Fountain. The apartment is well equipped with fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer as well as cooking equipment wifi and smart tv. Lots of nice places to eat nearby and a supermarket about 5 minutes walk away. The owner sent us a video of how to access the property and collect the key that made check in much easier.
Be aware that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, so it could be a struggle with heavy bags or strollers etc. Can be a little confusing finding the exact location, but the check in video helped. The cleaning staff need to be a bit more thorough especially in the bathrooms and kitchen. There are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed such as loose taps, and possibly a blocked drain.

Location was within easy walking distance to main attractions and very easy to catch bus to and from.
Washing machine and dryer were a really valuable addition with the hot weather and a 4 day stay.
It was located on the third floor without a lift. This can be a little inconvenient for moving luggage.
