Relax with the whole family at this newly renovated peaceful home right on the bay, with a lovely little beach in front of the home! This home is fully stocked for all of your needs! Great kitchen, very comfortable beds, the shower was great! We enjoyed drinking coffee and looking at the water and walking on the marsh trail. It was an easy drive into Bay City for antiquing and restaurants.

This was overall the best House rental experience. We stayed for about 2 weeks. Tobico Marsh is beautiful and we walked the trails daily. Weather was gorgeous do we paddlebaorded and swam and just enjoyed the view. There are several comfortable chairs to relax and multiple sand bars in the water if you have little kids. The house was clean, Sheila was very easy to reach, all of the amenities were incredible and the view was breathtaking!!!! I give it a 5 star plus!!!!

Our daughter is a verbally committed field hockey player at Central Michigan University about an hour away. She had to be on campus for two days For clinics and other events That did not require her family to be along. We decided we would get a beach house for the weekend and allow her to travel back-and-forth as needed. We made a little vacation out of her time there. The pictures don’t do the house justice. It was a perfect view and set up for a quick weekend away!.

The house was very clean, and nicely setup. The host was very accommodating and responsive whenever we needed anything! Highly recommend this place and the host! The beach is a bit hard to get to without stairs, but it's very shallow and great for our toddlers to play in!
