Guest room offers king bed, BIR and a/c.

Guest room with queen bed and bifold doors.

Bunk room offers 2 single bunk beds and a/c. (note: top bunks can be made up at an additional cost, please advise Luxury Breaks South West when booking is confirmed.)

The three Guest rooms share a main bathroom with bath, shower, dual vanity and separate w/c.

Functional laundry includes washing machine, dryer, and sink.

Expansive grassed front garden with fenced area featuring a cosy firepit with a view over Geographe Bay (for use in winter months only).

Upstairs:
The open plan living zone really is the heart of the home and is sure to be one of the many highlights of your stay at Aqua Blu. With soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, and large windows that bathe the room in natural light, the entire area feels spacious and cool with ceiling fans included for the warm summer months.

The stylish kitchen boasts a breakfast bench, electric oven, gas stovetop, dishwasher and coffee machine; as well as the modern essentials that will make it a home away from home.

The built in BBQ room adjoining the kitchen allows you to grill up a storm no matter the weather. Offering stunning ocean views, a gas BBQ and plenty of bench space to cook for the entire family.

Enjoy a delicious meal on the 8 seater dining table that is perfectly positioned to soak in more of the all-encompassing ocean views. Conveniently situated with direct access to the balcony, allowing a seamless flow indoor to outdoor.

Peaceful lounge room is bursting with natural light and more ocean vistas, offering a luxe 8 seater coach, a/c and ceiling fan.

The large TV room and chill out zone offers a quiet place to unwind after a day of exploring the incredible South West region.

Aqua Blu is situated directly across from the turquoise waters of Geographe Bay; a perfect swimming, paddleboarding and beach walking spot. Here you will also find the coastal walking and cycle track, taking you to Dunsborough Town Centre in one direction, and Quindalup in the other. A 3-minute drive, or leisurely 25 min (approx.) walk will have you in the heart of Dunsborough town centre enjoying the many cafes, eateries and boutique stores on offer
