This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath bungalow brought to you by Paradise Retreats was built in 1947 and has been a beloved family retreat for decades. Now it’s your turn to enjoy. Each Bedroom offers serene views of the ocean or calming garden courtyard. French Doors throughout open to a surfside patio complete with an outdoor dining area and chaise lounges to watch the sun lower and set at your feet.

This is a spectacular setting. Relaxing and with constant entertainment dawn to dusk by surfers literally right off the patio. For those having trouble orienting the schematic, the queen bedroom opens onto the patio and ocean view. The king bed is off of the kitchen/laundry room and has a small bathroom with shower just outside the bedroom door. Both the twin bedroom and the king overlook a beautiful, fully enclosed front lawn with charming brick walkway, citrus trees, and Adirondack chairs. The beach makes for a perfect walk, but so do the neighborhood streets in the beautiful gated community. No need to bring beach toys for the kids, one of the trunk on the patio (just to the left by the walkway to the beach) is FULL of them. We will be back. Thanks for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rincon retreat. Being able to be so close to the tide and watch the surfers was very entertaining. And a great getaway for all of us.. The house has a lot of nostalgia and felt homiey and like there had been many memories in the past years rhere..Would highly recommend

Sorry to leave a bad review but this house is dingy and funky. The pictures make it look much nicer than it really is. There is a very musty funky smell in the house that I couldn't wait to leave and I only stayed one night. My husband did not mind. The house is really in need of an update on almost everything, there are too many things for me to list. Best part of house is the beach. Property management company is great, everyone is nice. I travel all the time and have stayed at dozens and dozens of beach homes and understand that it takes a lot of upkeep however this house is not well kept and I would not recommend this home, nor would I ever stay here again. I understand the home is old but I own a historic home and that is not an excuse to keep the house in the condition it is in.
