We had a wonderful 2 night getaway and reunion with our grown children. You can see the ocean from the king size bed in the master bedroom or from the couch on the deck. All modern kitchen appliances. Comfy living room and dining at the gigantic kitchen island. Iolanda was always prompt and courteous with communications. Beach is a three-minute walk away. The master bedroom includes a through-the-wall air conditioner, but we didn't test it because Memorial Day weekend was only in the 50s and 60s. Overall the house was very clean and comfortable. The landscaping was well manicured. The garage contains lots of beach chairs, a grill, and a bicycle as well as a wagon to bring gear to the beach. My only disappointment was that we couldn't stay a few more days.

We had such a wonderful time staying here. Everything was so wonderful. The owners added such nice wonderful, small details as well to make our experience so lovely.

The house was amazing. It’s so close to the beach. The host was very accommodating. House was very clean. I would 100% rent this house again. It was everything I expected and more .

You can hear the waves in this perfect location for a family beach getaway! Wonderful, quiet neighborhood- two blocks from the ocean! The house is well equipped in the kitchen as well as the bathrooms and for the beach-umbrellas, chairs etc.Plenty to do- see the Dambo trolls in Ninigret Park, visit the Fantastic Umbrella Factory, sail on the Adirondack in Newport, visit Beavertail Lighthouse and of course- enjoy the beach and eat great seafood everywhere!Photographers will love capturing the Milky Way at night, all the flora and fauna and an amazing sunrise and sunset.We would love to stay here again!!
