This property served the needs of our trip. The host was very communicative and added some nice touches. They wouldn’t allow us to fill the tub which made bathing our 3 and 5 year old challenging. The host did bring by a portable bathtub to help accommodate but it was really cumbersome to fill up and dump out so we just used the shower as best we could. There are some nice updates and also some areas that were a little rough around the edges but overall nice. The mattress in the primary bedroom was comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet with quick access to everything. Many of the dishes were dirty in the cabinets when we arrived and there weren’t a lot of kid friendly dishes as promised. The pool was welcomed in the AZ heat but worth knowing that the shallow end is very small so not ideal for young kids. Our boys loved the ping pong table and having access to streaming services was great. The grill and other areas outside were covered in spiderwebs. Someone came by to service the pool and hot tub both of which were very clean. It felt like they had a lot of prior guests that were very inconsiderate and caused problems, so a lot of rules were communicated to compensate. I was so nervous to upset the neighbors or that my kids were too loud and would trigger the noise sensors. Luckily we were mostly out and about exploring Scottsdale that we weren’t in the space too often. Overall a good home base for our trip.

Everything was a pictured: great place to chill, or have a small gathering with a variety of ways to entertain. Excellent location, in my opinion.
