Step into the Primary suite and find a haven of relaxation with a King bed and a flat-screen TV. Convenient access to the hall bath ensures your stay is as comfortable as it is memorable. In the living room, a sofa sleeper complements the space, which is also equipped with a flat-screen TV, perfect for evening entertainment or a lazy afternoon.
From your private balcony, enjoy awe-inspiring views of the white sandy beaches, the majestic Gulf of Mexico, and the picturesque Perdido Pass. It's the perfect spot for savoring your morning coffee or watching the sunset.

MONTHLY RENTALS

The view and most things about this property were amazing. The only issue my husband and I had was that this property comes with only heavy dishes and the bare minimum of cooking utensils. This could be an issue for others, especially those with children, so I am noting it. There were no non-breakable dishes available, so we had to buy disposable plastic cups to carry drinks to the beach. I would suggest updating with a cheap, non-breakable option for those guests who prefer it. I will also note that this is the second time we have stayed in the Phoenix buildings in this area. Both condos we have stayed in have black marks on the ceilings. One might think it is mold of some sort. I did not say anything last time because I thought it might be just that one condo; however, this condo has the same issue. I do not know whether it is an issue with the buildings, but someone should look into it if they have not already.

The condo was clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. The condo had everything we needed. The only downside was the sofas in the living room were very uncomfortable and really quite worn. This condo would be absolutely perfect if they could update the seating.

We arrived and part of the mirror in the kitchenette dining was broken all over the floor. Let the mgmt know and they cleaned up rt away. The place was as picture but was a little tired. Paint chipping, etc. On the beach that was great. Need to make a point of telling people of items needed to bring. It was listed on emails sent but we were use to condos that had some supplies there like beach towels, salt pepper, beach chairs, etc.
