Bottom line, would stay again. Pool is great, layout of place is great. 2nd Master BR upstairs offers nice separation for the parents with it's own bath. Carport is great for loading/unloading right into the kitchen while sheltering out rain and sun. Can walk to shopping and beach, though it's not a straight line to the water due to the protected bird zone you need to go around. I'd estimate a 300M walk for that - very tolerable. View from the top of the house to the ocean is a little obscured by the dare-I-say obnoxiously large houses they squeezed in between this house and the ocean. I imagine that was a beautiful view a few years ago. But it's a nice space to get sun and evidently do yoga (according to one of the guests that was with us). Only minor complaints are just that, minor: threshold to the downstairs master needs to be re-cemented/glued, dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes effectively (which I reported) and the upstairs bath had a sour stench to it when we arrived that cleared up after a few hours, which we suspect was due to using a dirty mop to clean it. All easy fixes and I'm sure ones that will be rectified based on the overall care that is self-evident. Stay here with confidence - communication and check-in process was easy, and plenty of towels and dishes / cooking tools to make things easy. Thank you - see you again in the future!

The house overall was clean. The walk to the beach was very convenient. We did a lot of cooking and was able to cook most meals as well as grill. Pool was a definite added bonus. The pool guy came twice during our stay to keep the pool clean. We would definitely stay here again.
