About this house rental
Stone house of about 75m2 located on a plot of 4,000m2 with centuries-old olive trees. The house has two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room-kitchen, outdoor terraces, BBQ, private pool of 4x4m. Adapted for the cold months with fireplace in the living room and electric heating in the rooms and bathroom. The orientation of the property is South-West, very sunny and overlooking the Serra de Tramuntana.

We had a wonderful stay at Ses Motes for our honeymoon. The property feels very private, and is located a short drive up the hill from Sóller. The house has everything you'd need, and the plunge pool has gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains! Mar was a generous, communicative host. Highly recommend Ses Motes to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

See Motes truly exceeded our expectations - peaceful and serene, yet close enough to nearby villages of Soller/Port Soller, Deia etc - it was a beautiful location & a stunning stone home! The living spaces were great, and we loved the pool as well. Mar was so helpful with her local recommendations, and helping us settle in on our arrival to the property. Perfect in every way - and we will hope to return again one day soon - can’t recommend Ses Motes highly enough!

From my initial checkin with Mar ( who was delightful and knowledgeable on all aspects of the area ) , my stay at the farmhouse was most memorable.
The situation is superb and although it feels remote , you are only five minutes away from Soller . From private beaches to the fine restaurants around Port Soller and Diea , it was an amazing experience.
