Enjoy stunning views of the ocean and beach while sipping your morning drink on the screened-in porch, which is accessible from both the main bedroom and the sunny living room. You’ll love cooking in the full kitchen, featuring granite countertops (also in the bathroom), custom wood cabinetry, a breakfast bar for two, and plenty of kitchen equipment. For younger guests, there are custom boat-themed bunk beds located off the main bedroom, perfectly sized for toddlers, and conveniently connected to the main bedroom. Experience a delightful stay in this bright, colorful beach getaway!
Parking is offered, and there are 2 slots in the parking lot.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
• Bedroom 1 – King w/ensuite
• Bedroom 2 – Queen
• Family Room – Queen Sleeper Sofa
NOTE: The primary renter must be 25 and stay during the entire rental period.
NOTE: No tents or canopies allowed on private beach out of respect for the other guests.
*** Spring Break (March / April) ***
For reservations in March or April, it is required that one (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24. Proof of age is required by all guests and all homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival to ensure compliance. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges.
** Vacation at Its Finest Starter Pack **
We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities, which includes the following items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, sleep mask, loofah, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets. Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities.
**Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan, which is included in the price. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.
**IMPORTANT BEFORE ARRIVAL**
All guests must sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, for age and identity verification.

We loved our stay at Sealoft! We stayed with a toddler and infant and the space was perfect. It was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, and very easy beach access. The host responded quickly when we had questions. We will definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay at sea loft 103. Everything was clean well equipped host was easy to contact if we had any issues easy walked to the beach and convenient to any shopping.
