Located in the Signature Condominium Homes, this condo unit has a large bedroom suite with an organic King mattress and a sleeper sofa in the living room, easily accommodating 2people.( Maximum 3 people) this unit also comes with a spacious bathroom, washer/dryer, dining area, and a balcony. Guests will also have access to the community facilities including pools, spas, sauna, fitness center, business center, picnic gazebos, BBQ area, and a cozy firepit. This unit’s location is also beautiful and just a walking distance away from a grocery store and a few restaurants. The unit was well appointed, had everything we needed. Had a Keurig that also brewed, so that was a nice touch. We didn’t realize it was a second floor unit, but I may have overlooked that in the description. We made it work. It’s a very nice unit, would recommend. It’s definitely not a family unit, but for a couple it worked great. It is very close to the beautiful pool which was the perfect temperature. Bed was great. 2 large TVs. Nice appliances. Great patio.

Everything at this property was exactly as shown and explained. Easy check-in with clear instructions. Covered parking in front of the building. Super clean. Balcony is very large and was great for having coffee in the a.m. and a glass of wine in the evening. Walking distance to AJ's market for pick up of breakfast, coffee, pastries, lunch, packaged sushi and lunch/dinner for those who don't like cooking. Of course you are also within several minutes drive of Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter. We didn't use the amenities, e.g., pool, etc.; however, the property is beautiful and well maintained. Far better experience than any hotel. The owners are responsive and take pride in their property and the hospitality they deliver. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. We will be back.

Listing overall was accurate and clean but they really could make it sooooo much more attractive with a few more touches. While there was shampoo/conditioner and some water downed shower gel, dishes, dish soap, a few K cups, pool towels, blankets, etc., there were no tissues, soap bars, laundry soap (not even hotel size) and only 2 bottles of water in the frig. Two wash cloths and two towels in the bathroom, the extra washcloths and towels were not in the bathroom, laundry area or master closet, but rather in an odd closet on an outside wall in the bedroom that looked like an outside door. However, the biggest frustrations for us were:1. A very loud A/C unit when it starts up, it would wake us up multiple times a night 2. No end tables or foot stools in the living room just a couch, chair and a glass table. The picture is accurate, it’s a bare room. I guess we thought they would have added end tables and a foot stool. It’s very hard for 2 people to get comfortable watching TV without end tables or a foot stool. We had a home on VRBO for 10 years and know that all the little things count.
