Triple French doors span the tropically decorated living room of the popular 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Turtle Villa. Awake with sunrise views of the harbour from every room. Enjoy a short walk to the Beach Club that offers a Resort-Style Pool, Spa and The Rusty Anchor Restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner.
A first-floor kitchen, dining, living area is perfect for gathering with family and friends. The wall of french doors open to the deck on two sides. The spacious master suite enjoys a sitting area on the top level. The second level is home to two ensuite bedrooms.

The accommodation was incredible. Peaceful views, an attentive on-site team, I’ve been coming to the Bahamas for 30 years and this is the best property I have stayed in! Please do take the time to update the pictures because you’re beautiful new furniture made it even more wow when we arrived! Already looking to book for the next trip!

We loved the location and ease of access. The newer furniture is very nice and comfortable.
The area is quiet with beautiful views.The bed is firm, you can feel the springs, its worth having a mattress topper put on top or a mattress. The pillows are not supportive, they are at the end of their life cycle. The property is 3 levels, the top level stays very warm during the day, it doesn't have any black out curtains or sun tint to cover to top window arches. We stayed in the second level bedroom with the king mattress. Order you groceries ahead of time through, there are many people that provide great support via WhatsApp and will personally deliver them to the villa. Take photos of specific items like which type of Pam Spray or size of orange juice, etc. Bring your sleeping mask for level 3.

We love Exuma! It is PARADISE and one of our favorite go to vacation spots for many years! Beautiful place and people! This was our first stay in February Point and it is beautiful and very well maintained. This house in particular has a beautiful construction with gorgeous views! Outdoor gazebo and small dock area where we watched the turtles for their daily visits, sting ray, and nurse sharks. With that being said, there were amenities in the house that were disappointing. First the furnishings on the first floor are tired! 3 of the 5 patio chairs had rips & 1 of the bar stools & the front door bench had a ripped seat. The couch cushions were faded out & it also had a musty smell. All bedroom furnishings were nice but there were no extra pillows provided. There was 1 extra blanket and we used it to cover the couch. Minimal. The 3rd floor bdrm has no door and TV did not wk. The oven worked fine but all of the stickers were worn off the knobs so you had to guess which burner was being used. The air conditioning units in each room and on the ground floor were a great bonus. House managers Kaymark and Teneeshia were excellent and very hepful. All in all we had an amazing vacation. Sorry to be negative, but in comparison to other places we have stayed and for the price/nt this house definitely needs some upgrades and many finishing touches to make this a 5 star accommodation were overlooked by the owners.
