When we first arrived to the unit, there were a few things that we encountered that we initially got upset over; we weren’t able to get in the gate because we weren’t given the codes, but the building manager was able to help us make some phone calls & we realized I hadn’t followed one of their steps to fill out the contract and once that was straightened out, we were able get into our condo; Once in the condo, we saw the balcony was covered in plastic so we couldn’t use it because they were painting the outside of the condos, but after more calls to building management and messages to the owner, Kevin, who is very helpful and accommodating, we were assured that they’d make it right. The place itself is beautifully decorated and newly renovated. There is a big closet filled with beach stuff, a beach caddy, plenty of chairs, umbrella, toys, games, etc. Inside the condo has plenty of regular towels and large beach towels & linens. We noticed plenty of baby related equipment. There’s everything we needed in the kitchen. This was our first visit to Key & it did not disappoint! The locals were all friendly and we loved the free trolley that takes you from Turtle Beach to Sarasota, which we took advantage of. The pool is awesome and we spent a lot of time there. The beach was exceptional & my guys were pleased that they found sharks teeth. Note: We were able to use the balcony some during our stay and Kevin did refund us a portion for our inconveniences. Thank you Kevin!!

Nice spacious condo. We enjoyed our time there. The place was clean and well stocked. I appreciate that there are some items left behind such as salt, pepper, oil, etc. The beach chairs and cart were perfect. I recommend bringing or buying some cleaning items. I wish there was some windex in the unit- the dining room table is glass and there’s nothing to clean it with. I would return. The balcony is very sunny and hot in the mornings. My kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. We used the grills one day and the grounds and pool are well kept. Overall it was a great trip. We did struggle with allergies from the beautiful oak trees on the property.

Beautiful condo and complex. Pool is large with lots of chairs and space. Beautiful inland waterway area. This location and complex is perfect as long as you can handle the road noise.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was a bit dirty inside. Under the beds and couches, and the couches had stains. Sliding glass doors don’t lock, but not really an issue.
The wagon, chairs and beach accessories were a huge plus!
