Our experience at the Villas was excellent! The place was just perfect! We love the check in process, the area, location was perfect! The house was warm and comfortable! We love the recliner sofas! The cleanliness. The Kitchen and dinning were my favorite parts! It was also helpful to have spices and sugar with other stuffs needs for cooking! It was very easy and convenient to communicate with the property contact person. She was super nice, friendly, and courteous!

We for the most part, had a lovely stay at this property. There was still some confusion over using the properties pools and facilities. Be sure to communicate with owners and management. The condo is clean and well supplied . We had a great family wedding celebration.

We enjoyed our stay overall, and the villa had nicely updated interior finishes. However, guests should know that while the villas are attached to the Outrigger Kauaʻi Beach Resort property, they are not part of the resort.Upon arrival, we had to contact the host by phone to understand how pool access worked. To use the pool, we were required to check into a separate hotel room arranged by the host, provide a credit card for incidentals, and essentially agree not to use the room to avoid cleaning charges. This was confusing and not clearly explained beforehand.The hotel was also undergoing a major lobby renovation, so check-in took place in a conference room. The pool area felt somewhat dated, the resort was fairly quiet, and dining options were limited.The most awkward part was pool access. Villa guests had separate towels while hotel guests received pool towels, and security frequently stopped us to ask if we were staying at the resort. Although we had wristbands and technically had a hotel room, it created an uncomfortable experience.The villa itself was comfortable, but the complex felt older and many nearby units appeared vacant. We enjoyed our time on Kauai, but clearer communication regarding the relationship between the villas and resort amenities would have made for a much smoother stay.
