This place is the ultimate spot for an individual or a couple to unplug and unwind! Beautiful scenery, unique lodging, and a friendly host. It doesn't get any better. There's a steep staircase to the bedroom (think ship ladder), so it's not for everyone. Those that can manage, will enjoy the views as well as the solitude. Bring a book, a game, or your favorite DVD if you choose, but Mother Nature will supply endless views. We stayed on the hottest day of the year and managed comfortably without an air conditioner due to the breezes off the bay. Looking forward to another stay during a different season!

The Lighthouse was beautiful . The whole vibe was great. Quaint, quiet and calming, with big lake breezes, beautiful scenery, and sun, sun , sun. From this location you get equally beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The nature all around you is inspiring and serene. The space is small, so be close with whomever you are traveling with. Anything lost in size, is made up in charm and character. Getting upstairs isn't the easiest, but its not the worst either, just make sure you pee before bed so you dont have to make the climb again in the dark, haha. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.

I liked the location. It was easy to find. The host was very accommodating and responsive. It was a quaint and unique family-owned place on a peninsula. Our only issue was accommodating to the heat advisory during our stay. There isnt air conditioning there and the 2 large windows screens were missing. A ceiling fan and screens in all of the windows would have been beneficial.

The place is super cute. The steps to go up and downstairs was scary, as I don’t have good balance. We were not able to heat the downstairs. So we weren’t able to use it much. It was so cold, it hurt to sit on the toilet. Tracy was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating.
