The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean, had all the needed amenities, was in a great area with walkable sites and restaurants. The hosts communication was outstanding and he went above and beyond to accommodate our trip. We would highly recommend this property.

Great Apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of great shops and restaurants near by. It was larger than expected and worked out good for our extended family. The apartment had everything you could need for a stay in Barcelona!David and Heidi were wonderful hosts, and super helpful. We would love to stay there again for a future visit!

This is a very nice apartment and the only reason I gave it 4 stars is the 2nd bathroom is very small. We had a family of 6 sharing the apartment and our daughter, son in law, and 5 year old used the larger bathroom while my spouse, son, and myself shared the small bathroom which is very small. It is in a neighborhood that has a number of cafe' across the street from the unit and one of the nights we were here there was a group of young men being extremely loud until 5;30 in the morning. 2 out of 6 of us were awakened by the noise, the double glazing keeps most of it out but if you have the windows open you are going to hear it. Wonderful host and great check in. The beds and all other accommodations are great.

The apartment location was fantastic and it was an excellent, comfortable home base for us--parents, child, and grandparent--for a leisurely stay in Barcelona. Communication with David was top notch and he was especially helpful and accommodating when extreme weather threw off our plans.
