About this house rental
Welcome to our beautifully renovated private basement retreat in Denver, conveniently located near the University of Denver. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to major roads and highways, making it a great base for exploring Denver and the surrounding area. Restaurants, shopping, and everyday conveniences are also nearby. The guest space is located on the lower level of our home (basement) and is completely separate from the main living area, with its own private entrance. We live upstairs, but guests have full privacy during their stay. Inside, you’ll find a warm, modern space designed with comfort in mind. The rental includes one bedroom, one private bathroom, a closet, a spacious living area with comfortable seating and a large TV, and a dining area with seating for four. A dedicated coffee station and refrigerator are also provided for drinks and light refreshments. The space has been fully renovated and thoughtfully furnished to feel comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Natural wood accents, modern finishes, and cozy décor create a relaxed atmosphere that works well for short visits or longer stays. This rental is a great fit for couples, small families, business travelers, parents visiting students at DU, or anyone looking for a private and comfortable place to stay in Denver. Guests also have access to an outdoor sitting area, perfect for enjoying some fresh air during your stay. Please note that this is a private basement-level rental within an occupied home. There is no full kitchen. The space includes a coffee station and refrigerator. We ask guests to respect the property and neighborhood. No pets, smoking, vaping, parties, events, or unregistered guests are permitted. For safety and security, exterior cameras are always on. One overlooks the garage/driveway area, and a video doorbell is located at the main home entrance. There are no cameras inside the guest space. We look forward to providing a private, comfortable, and convenient home base for your Denver stay.

Lovely apartment so close to anything you want to do in Denver. Secure and clean, private but easy to reach the owner who lives in the house above. I will be back!
