About this apartment rental
Well designed Studio. All modern with European comforts in a quiet neighborhood. Well set up and located for business travelers. The desk has a printer & super fast WiFi & Ethernet. Good place to stay if you're in town for business. OR pleasure!
5 minutes walk to Historic Downtown (in walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, & NAU)
The Studio shares a wall with the Haus unit on the other side of the building. The two units are completely separate, but it's like an apartment, and guests are asked to be respectful of their neighbors.
• Queen bed with 2 European down comforters and down pillows.
• Super fast Internet 1000/50 Mbps / WiFi mesh auto 2.4/5GHZ and Ethernet.
• 50” swivel wall-mounted TV, with streaming HBO, Apple TV, Prime & major TV networks.
• LED color lighting, with programmed "scenes integrated in home automation system. Just touch to use, or you can use our app or Alexa for control.
• Touch keypad lock.
• USB charger outlets for SmartPhones & iPads
• Kitchenette for light cooking only: electric kettle, Keurig coffee maker, induction cooktop, small fridge, microwave - (you'll want to walk the 2 blocks downtown for fab food in the many eateries!)
• Bathroom with walk-in shower with rain & hand-held showers, heated towel rack, and even a bidet!
• Washer & Dryer available. Iron & board in closet.
• Off-street parking, about 10 feet from the entrance.

We loved this property! The location was perfect. It was super easy to walk downtown and enjoy all there is to offer! Fun place!! The hosts were really helpful. Great stay!
