Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a prime location for any type of traveler. Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.
Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the second floor. Recently upgraded with tile flooring, new countertops, and cabinets. Furnished with a queen size bed, your remodeled suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!
The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. While at Scottsdale Park Suites, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable (HBO included).
Our community features a gorgeous, large outdoor community space with a fireplace, abundant seating, bocce ball and other outdoor lawn games; 3 grilling stations, heated pool and hot tub, additional seating areas and misters for those warm Arizona days.
This corner location affords you the coveted second floor sunrise and greenbelt view that everyone wants. In additional to that, your second floor home, has the grilling station right at your doorstep - it doesn't get any more convenient than that ... except the parking ... which is also right around the corner. Yes, another team favorite!

Scottsdale Park Suites takes all steps to provide a clean home for your arrival. Rooms are cleaned, disinfected and sanitized between guests.
Furnishings in photo may vary slightly from actual unit. Suites are ran with a boiler/chiller system which means they either provide heat or cooling- they are not equipped to provide both at the same time. Seasonality may bring weather that fluxgates day to day. During these times we recommend taking the extra steps to keep your suite cool/warm as possible.
Once your reservation request has been completed, you will reserve a booking agreement to finalize your stay.
*Surveillance cameras in use throughout the community's common areas. This includes the sidewalks, parking lot, gate doors, pool/hot tub, laundry room and office.

The room was great for what we needed. Cooked many meals. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. We had a few small issues and they were all delt with quickly and with a smile.The pool was awesome. As was the hot tub. Everyone we met was very nice. The ice machine was quite nice. We always felt safe. If you get a chance to stay here go check out Dukes right next door. This place was in a great location for so many things to do!!

Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony. The people staying in the other units were all very friendly and made you feel welcome. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Lawn setup is better than the pictures show. Honestly can not wait to visit again!!

My biggest complaint is that when I checked in I was informed that only the dead bolt worked, which is flimsy as heck. I could’ve broken in if I wanted to: I had to push the couch in front of the pot every night to help feel safe. Before you rent this again I highly suggest you get it secured.
