Brand new, beautiful home, ready for rental May of 2025!! Owner has another home identical to this one (VRBO # 3253519). Check out this property to get a better idea of completed home. Escape to a charming, brand new, 6-bedroom house in South Haven; located just 4 miles from downtown and the beautiful public beaches. You will love the heated, in ground pool (16x32), fire pit, and deck; all on a private, wooded, 2 acre setting. The yard is very large with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy friends and family. Boasting 3 king beds and 3 queen beds, this wonderful property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Enjoy the convenience of Wi-Fi, AC, washer and dryer and gas grill. All 4 bathrooms feature both showers and bathtub combinations for added convenience.
The main floor of the home has a fully stocked kitchen with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, walk-in pantry and plenty of workspace. The kitchen, dining, and living area encompasses a large space, making a great place to hang out with your guests. The dining room table accommodates 8 people, and the snack bar has 2 bar stools. The living room has two large couches and a 75" smart tv. The main floor also includes a full bath and queen size bedroom.

Beautiful new build, very well appointed with everything top of the line. Nice private setting with a gorgeous pool. The owners were very helpful with any questions we had. Convenient location for day trips. Highly recommend!

Amazing property - brand new everything! Very well equipped with everything you need; better than some other properties I've rented (extras of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent and hand soap in every bathroom). The pool and outside area was amazing as well. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a large family or a girls weekend with friends! The only downside is it is outside of town and not walkable to anything - the drive is only a few miles and was not a problem for us. Thanks again!

We had a great stay at Bob’s!! The house is beautiful, very clean, even better than the pictures and incredibly comfortable for our group of 6! The pool was easy to access, and plenty warm even in the cooler days. Close to town, although good to keep in mind there are really no ubers in the evening so if you’re going to do any drinking I’d suggest planning your rides ahead of time if you don’t have a DD :) Overall it was lovely and we’ll definitely be back!

This property is beautiful! The house is well-equipped with most everything you may need and is extremely clean. The lot is private and beautiful with space between neighbors. Our group absolutely loved spending time at the pool so much that we never made it to the beach (though it is only a short drive away should you want to).
