About this house rental
Solana is a house for 6 people on two floors and very conveniently located. In less than 5 minutes walk to get to cafes, restaurants, shops and the beautiful sandy beach Caló des Pou. A large terrace with sun loungers surrounds the beautifully cut pool, here you can relax wonderfully.
The villa can accommodate 10 people and is laid out in two areas. On the ground floor is the well-equipped main kitchen with hatch to the dining area, which offers enough space for everyone. Attached to the open, bright living area with direct access to the terrace, as well as a bedroom for two people and a shower room. A staircase leads to the upper floor where two further bedrooms and a bathroom are located.

The villa was very nice but what was not clear was that the photo showed a topFloor that was not accessible . The old washing machine , broken outdoor table and sun lounger did not add to the outside ambience.The pool was cleaned on day 6 and it would have been nice if this was done a little earlier. More than one tea towel , scissors and baking trays would have been a useful addition to the kitchen . The location was fab and the property spacious and the hosts responded quickly to messages when we were there .
