In the middle of a pretty holiday home development on Mallorca with several palm trees, Villa Marina d'Or lV Casa 5 awaits water-loving guests who are looking for urban flair and all the amenities of daily holidays within walking distance, including the harbour promenade and bathing bay. Even though the sea is so close here, the house with its beautiful grounds is still suitable for a stay in a second home: enjoy your small garden area, for example in the pleasantly cool shade on the terrace right next to the house, and have long barbecue evenings and relax on the comfortable loungers under the Mediterranean sun. The outdoor shower provides the perfect way to cool off, while the extraordinary waterfall pool and the heart-shaped children's pool provide even more fun and action for the little ones. Another centrepiece is the roof terrace, where you can get a little closer to the day or night sky and catch a glimpse of the sea.
Style and atmosphere are also emphasised inside this two-day finca on Mallorca. Everything you need for a cosy indoor stay is skilfully accommodated in a compact 110 m². The combined living/dining room with sofas, TV, table and chairs is practically connected via a bar to the U-shaped kitchen, which is of course fully equipped and therefore ideal for self-catering. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs there is another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. We think: Perfect for one or two families or couples travelling together who appreciate a variety of entertainment options close to home. Airy beach style pervades Villa Marina d'Or lV Casa 5, which is situated in an urban location (street noise is audible) near the charming coastal town of Cala d'Or. The harbour promenade is not far away and invites you to stroll and stop off at bars and restaurants. The sea, which is also within walking distance, is another advantage of this holiday home on Mallorca; the small Cala Egos is only approx. 500 m away. The Parc natural de Mondragó nature reserve with numerous hiking trails and a great bay is just 5 km away.
The optional use of air conditioning in this accommodation is included in the price, but its use is limited to 12 hours per day. After that, you will be charged in cash on site.
