The elegant Villa S'Aguait is located in a quiet residential area between Felanitx and Portocolom and offers breathtaking views of the extensive estate surrounded by pine trees.
The highlight of the outdoor area is the beautifully landscaped pool area, which offers a tranquil setting in which to relax. The spacious pool is easily accessible via oval steps and the surrounding natural stone terrace invites you to sunbathe. The villa's private entrance enhances the feeling of seclusion. A large dining table is ideal for al fresco meals, while additional terraces and balconies offer charming seating areas for cosy moments. The spacious layout of the property allows guests to find their own quiet spots. A shaded car park is conveniently located in front of the house.
Inside, the villa is spread over two floors and exudes a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The central living and dining area, which is accessible via several external doors, is designed for comfort and conviviality. Light colours, high-quality furniture and wooden accents create a warm atmosphere. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, including a kettle and coffee machine. The air-conditioned bedrooms, two on each floor, are tastefully furnished and designed for restful nights. The modern bathrooms are spacious and well equipped.
