Updated ground-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo in Belleair Beach with Gulf views, a private patio, shared heated pool and accommodations for up to 4 guests.
The Space:

A beautiful 2 bedroom unit that accommodates 4 guests. Located on the ground level and super easy access to the beach.
The unit has been updated and has an open floor plan with wonderful views of the ocean.
As you walk in you will find the kitchen, dining and living area facing the ocean. We offer a fully equipped kitchen that is completely updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The dining table seats 6 guests and the living area is large and comfortable.
Living area has a sectional sofa with two accent chairs and a flat-screen TV. Walk out your sliding glass door and your're on your way to the beach!
The unit faces the shared pool so you also have very easy access to it. Very private and quiet residential area.
The primary bedroom features a Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom features 2 Twin beds. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo located in the hallway.
This beautiful and spacious unit has a perfect patio that can offer some shade. An ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee and soak up the views!
The tropical landscaping in this community is well maintained and offers beautiful foliage all around it.
The community features a shared pool and grill area, all that is beachfront. This is a perfect location in a nice, quiet and secluded area - while still being close to all of the best attractions and restaurants that Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach has to offer.

This is a small, quiet residential community so no loud parties are allowed.

Very easy to communicate with the renter! The location is perfect with a smaller more intimate number of units. The unit was well appointed. My only input would be for a new washing machine. It left residue on our clothes. With that being said, we would definitely rent this place again!

I’ve been vacationing in this area for 10 years, staying at various beach front condos, but this one has been my absolute favorite. The view is stunning, the condo is clean and well appointed with kitchen items (pans, utensils, plates etc). Beach Time Rental staff were attentive and great with communication. The pool is fantastic!

The condo and the location were great. Your service not so much.I called and left messages three days in a row and NEVER got a response. We were having problems with the sliding glass doors. One wouldn’t lock and the other wouldn’t slide. We tried fixing it ourselves but we are not handymen. That was disappointing. Everything else was great. Complaints was small but affected us daily.
