About this villa rental
We would like to present you a perfect sea view villa, which bears the beautiful name "Felicidad" and makes us happy. There is a hint of de-luxe paired with urban flair across the entire property. Take a look at the outside area of the dream house located on the edge of the urbanization: The pool area not only boasts a surrounding sun terrace, relaxation loungers, parasols and a lounge - a cool pool bar tops it all off , You can also see this fantastic area from the two spacious balconies on the living levels. A table tennis table and a basketball hoop are popular with large and small guests. There are five spacious bedrooms on three levels, which means that almost every air-conditioned room has a direct exit to one of the spacious terraces or is close to it. Four trendy style bathrooms with walk-in rain shower showers complete the premium package with two additional guest toilets (inside and outside). The communal living area is on a mezzanine level, which can be found a few steps below the entrance level. A great mix of furniture and (textile) wall design give something noble and yet very cozy. There is enough space for a cozy sofa corner by the pellet fireplace, but also for the semi-open kitchen equipped with many details. It is separated from the dining area with an American-style counter and some bar stools. At the dining table itself, you sit on purist, spartan benches in front of the sliding glass doors that can be opened so that this wing merges with the veranda along with the second dining table and grill fireplace. The symbiotic interplay of design, mix of styles, numerous balconies, a roof terrace with a cool pool area and totally relaxed furnishings is just inspiring - and definitely recommendable all year round.
