Original natural stone walls, exposed wooden beams and lovingly preserved historic details lend the interior its special character, whilst the open-plan living area creates a convivial setting for spending time together. The spacious kitchen, with its large cooking island, is the perfect place to cook together and round off the day in a relaxed atmosphere. A fireplace adds to the cosy ambience, and several comfortable seating areas provide the ideal spot to unwind.
The sheltered courtyard forms a peaceful open-air oasis. Surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, the private swimming pool invites you to enjoy a refreshing break. Enjoy your meals in the outdoor dining area, prepare delicious dishes on the barbecue, or retreat to one of the quiet seating areas in the garden. From the roof terrace, the view sweeps over the rooftops to the sea, whilst another balcony overlooks the courtyard and the pool.
The house is situated in the historic town of Capdepera, whose winding alleyways, cosy cafés and traditional restaurants invite you to take leisurely strolls of discovery. Visit the medieval castle, Castell de Capdepera, take a trip to nearby Artà, or spend relaxing hours on the sandy beaches and sheltered coves of Mallorca’s north-east coast. A variety of walking and cycling trails through the charming countryside also offer plenty of opportunities to explore the island at your own pace.
