Beautiful property with plenty of beach literally at your 'door step.' Easy walk to restaurants on the Harbor and neighborhood store with amazing sandwiches. There is a great Brazilian restaurants in walking distance too. Our teenager kids enjoyed riding the bikes in the garage and rode to Downtown Oxnard. We have always wanted a beach house that was right on the beach; this was exactly what we expected and more.

We had two families stay at Beauty and the Beach for Spring Break. It was the perfect set up for two families. The location was great to explore the Channel Islands. We all enjoyed having direct beach access. It was a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.
