I myself am a VRBO owner, so I’m always sympathetic to reviews less than 5 stars. While Valta, the property management company, was responsive through the communication portal and/or by phone, it took much longer than expected to resolve a couple of issues:1. A clogged dishwasher, which I was told by Kevin at Valta they knew about before we checked in. I reported it on Friday night and they didn’t come to address it until Saturday night. They even asked me to bail the water and put my hand down through the dirty water to see if I could clear the filter. I did as requested unsuccessfully, but that’s not something a guest should have to do.2. The batteries to the keypad started to die. We couldn’t use our code to open the door, but thankfully my son was in the unit. I called Valta and they asked me to try a new code, which caused the locking mechanism to constantly beep. They asked me to take the lock apart with a screwdriver and try to fix it, which I did. After 15 minutes the beeping stopped and I moved the batteries to different slots. That worked, but they need to replace the batteries. Again, not something a guest should be asked to do.While the condo itself was nice, it could definitely use some TLC and a new paint job as there are scuff marks on almost every wall. We had a bag of ice in the freezer for 4 days, but no ice cube trays, which would be nice. The base of the larger frying pan is warped, well used, and needs to be replaced. Just our thoughts…

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive, welcoming, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The location was great, and we especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the property. Thank you for a lovely stay, we would definitely recommend this home and would be happy to stay again in the future!

Property was comfortable. We were concerned about stairs for my 91 year old father but they were not too hard to navigate and a ground level bed/bath was convenient for him. Kitchen was well equipped - including with a cast iron fry pan so that we could avoid the non-stick. We were not bothered by street noise and generally could park near by on the street.
