Included in this listing are: all linens, iron, mini-ironing board, Keurig coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave, utensils, plates, and wine glasses. Also included are shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bottled water, coffee/tea, snacks, and a welcome gift upon your arrival. Please contact me prior to check-in if you would like to have any additional items available.
The Neighborhood:
Many activities and local sites are within walking distance. If you have a small to mid-sized vehicle, I highly recommend that you leave your vehicle in my parking lot during your stay & utilize Uber, a pedi-cab, or rent a bike to explore the city (i.e. The City Market, Rainbow Row, South Battery, etc).

Great walkable neighborhood! Definitely recommend the Italian restaurant Allora! Amazing food and right around the corner. We were able to park and leave the car unless we were headed to the waterfront, super convenient.

Great place to stay with lots to do in the area. Seantell was a great host and provided fantastic welcome gifts!

Much smaller than anticipated, found something larger and closer to town for less but too late to change as I would have lost half of my deposit. Would be ok for 1 person but a little cramped for 2 women traveling together.
