Alma was an amazing host answering all my questions and even accommodating us when our travel dates were changed. I drove and was there a little early to check in and she let me check in anyways. The unit is nice, clean and very big. The biggest con had nothing to do with Alma or her hospitality, it's about the noise from the upstairs unit. The floors are very thin and you hear every little noise, we could hear full conversations, and if the people staying up in that unit smoke, it fills your unit. The area seemed a little sketch at first but we didn't have any issues at all. So realized it was a wrong first impression.We would definitely stay there again.Chicago is a beautiful city and we had an amazing time!

This was the perfect place to stay. Clean with all the amenities needed to feel right at home. Neighborhood is friendly and safe. I we loved our stay in this rental.

The appartement was okay, well equipped, mostly clean. But there is a problem with mice. We did not feel safe because there were strange people in the neighborhood. The house is badly soundproofed, and you can hear everything outside and inside the house.
