About this villa rental
Cosy house in an unbeatable location between Pollença village and the Port of Pollença, close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. A good arrange of beautiful beaches are also within a short distance by car. The house is located in a quiet and very green area, surrounded by a very well kept and echanting garden. The furniture of the villa is traditional in style and with the characteristic charm of the island, offering all the necessary comforts for a perfect holiday. There is a living/dining room with a lovely fire place, and a large, brand new and modern kitchen, fully equipped and with breakfast area. All four bedrooms have plenty of light and views of the garden. Outside, there are several pleasant areas, a shaded terrace in front of the house, and behind is a spectacular barbecue area to enjoy relaxing summer meals. The swimming pool is surrounded by lawns and hedges and has plenty of space for sunbathing. There is also a utility room and an outside bathroom. It is the ideal holiday home for a quiet stay with many leisure possibilities within easy reach.

The check in process and request for each persons information cumbersome and outdated. Needs to be made easier or via an app. And less information collected.

This Villa is beautiful! Even better than the photos! Gorgeous surroundings in complete tranquility. You feel like you have just stepped into the pages of an English Country magazine (but in Mallorca)
