Great place to stay downtown. The outskirts of the neighborhood seemed questionable before getting closer, but the street the residence is on is okay to walk. Included parking a rare perk. Host very responsive. Lobby check-in attendant also was very nice.

This was the perfect place to stay when I was in town for both a work conference and the LA Marathon. Plenty of space, nice amenities and walking distance to the convention center.

Ab&b conveniently located to shops. Room had everything needed. Very clean and that fact that it had free parking across the street was great.
