Guest access
Booking this property books the entire property! All 5 acres. And hiking in the surrounding Federal land is ok. Just be mindful of private property.

There are neighbors, but it can feel very remote in the desert and at the national park. Easy to access. Unlike other stays in the area it's easy to reach the main road and not too much dirt road to go through.
Other things to note
• CLEANING FEE
We maintain exceptional cleaning standards and 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to our professional cleaning crew and we insist on a clean and orderly space for all of our guests to enjoy.

• A/C
The Bohio desert retreat is cooled by mini splits in the living room and bedroom. This keeps the house cool during warm desert days. All units also provide toasty heater options for the colder nights.

• WIFI
Desert wifi can be super spotty and can go in and out. We have you covered! Coming by with an extra hot spot might help but we do have wifi available for basic surfing, emails, zoom calls, slack, etc.

• OUTSIDE
The raw desert land always tends to uncover potential hazardous objects around the yard, please be mindful and wear foot protection.

• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.

• PARTIES
We do not allow parties. Small gatherings or additional guests on property must be approved by host. We can be contacted by text/phone.

• PRIVACY/QUIET HOURS
While you enjoy full privacy, we do consider our neighbors. Quiet hours start at 10pm - 8am. Please be considerate of the neighborhood.

• PETS
We require a small pet cleaning fee. All pets must be well behaved and housebroken. Please do not leave pets alone to freely roam the backyard. It can be unsafe due to desert wildlife and they should be monitored. Please clean up after each pet and dispose in trash bin.

• DESERT LIFE
This includes cute little native inhabitants such as humming birds, quail, road runners, jack rabbits, and cotton tail bunnies…. as well as….coyotes, insects, spiders, lizards, snakes, and moths. As such, we advise to keep all non-screened windows and doors closed if you are uncomfortable with uninvited nature guests.

There are two cameras on the property that monitors access to the parking area/front entry area and rear entry of the property.
