The rooms are large and there is plenty of space.
The location is very good being; under 10 minutes from the airport, walking distance to most essential town services and close to the town's walking trails.
The house is old and has had obvious additions, not all of which make a lot of sense. The floor plan is crazy.
There have been numerous DIY fixes and there is no way that this home would pass review with a Building Inspector.
It was clean and functional, however listing it as a Deluxe Rental is extremely misleading. The property is safe, liveable and provides the very basics of what is needed to be able to cook for yourself.
The owners are friendly, helpful and very nice people. However, even in the Whitehorse market, this property is significantly over priced.
