About this cottage rental
The Old Vinery is a beautifully presented detached holiday home, perfectly designed for families and larger groups looking to enjoy the charm of Crail and the stunning East Neuk coastline. Offering spacious accommodation for up to 10 guests, this impressive property combines modern interiors with generous living spaces, making it an ideal base for memorable getaways.
Arriving at the property, you'll find private parking for up to three cars, along with a garage that has been transformed into a games room complete with a pool table, table tennis and dartboard – perfect for entertaining both adults and children after a day exploring the coast.
Internally, every room has been thoughtfully finished to create a welcoming and comfortable home-from-home. The ground floor offers flexible sleeping arrangements with two twin bedrooms, a bunk bedroom, and a spacious king bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. A large family bathroom with a bath serves the remaining bedrooms.
At the heart of the home is a spacious, open-plan kitchen and dining area. Flooded with natural light from skylights and French doors opening onto decking and garden, it's a wonderful space for gathering together over meals or simply relaxing. Just off the kitchen, the cosy sun room provides a second lounge with comfortable seating and a TV.
Upstairs, you'll find a further double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, along with a separate WC. The spacious first-floor lounge is a real highlight, featuring a charming bay window where you can sit back and enjoy glimpses of the sea after a day spent exploring the picturesque coastline.
Outside, the enclosed rear garden has been enhanced with a large decked terrace and seating area, creating the perfect setting for al fresco dining, morning coffee or evening drinks in the fresh sea air.
The Old Vinery enjoys an excellent location just a few minutes walk from Crail's picturesque harbour, sandy beach and the renowned Fife Coastal Path. The village's independent cafés, restaurants and local shops are all within easy walking distance, while the world-famous town of St Andrews is only a scenic 15-minute drive along the beautiful coastline

We had a ball. Roomy, comfy, plenty of common area(s). Close enough to town to walk to pub and Co-op. Close to fantastic golf courses. Could not have been better!

Came in from The USA for a trip with members of our golf club. The location to St. Andrews and the golf in the local area was tremendous.
Cannot be beat: 20 mins to the old course // other great golf courses within a 5 or 25 minute ride.
Great location in town, 10 minute walk to the beach, with really different food options. Must have the fresh baked goods from the Coo-oop!! They were the friendliest trying to guess where my American accent was from!!
The house allowed for everyone to do their own thing!
Certainly, will book our next stay here again!
