About this house rental

This is a new construction beach house (2021) in Bonnet Shore private community with walking distance to Kelly Beach. Sleeps 8 with a fully equipped kitchen, Weber gas grill on outside deck, screened in porch area. Outside shower, full size washer/dryer and all new appliances. AC home, enough room for 4 large vehicles to park off street. Private Kelly Beach is walking distance of 0.8 mi., Narragansett Town Beach is about 4 mi. away, a 15 min. drive to Newport and a 30 min. drive to Watch Hill. Take a ferry from point Judith to Block Island and explore. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas are included and yard games. Great place to enjoy your vacation with family and friends.

Beautiful house in Bonnet Shores- clean, spacious, bright with wonderful outdoor space and screened porch. Linens and bath towels provided, just remember to bring your own beach towels! About a 20 minute walk to Kelly Beach, but backpack chairs, beach wagon, and beautiful weather made it super easy. Would stay again!

Wonderful stay at The Cottage! The furniture and beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the house was very clean. We enjoyed breakfast on the screened-in porch every day. The host was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property!

We have been vacationing in Narragansett every summer for the last 10 years.This is by far the nicest vacation rental in which we have stayed. The owners were very accommodating. Very peaceful vacation! The private beach down the street is gorgeous.
