Highly recommend! Close to beach and great places to eat. The host is friendly and communicates quickly. Everything was clean and easy to get checked in and out.

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and well equipped. Short walk to the Beach Shack ( our favorite place) Coconuts less than 2 blocks. It’s not a beach view but well worth the money. The hoast was very responsive to our needs. The king bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay again..

Everything was great. There’s a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach is within walking distance, host communicates very well, place is super clean and comforting as well!

Francis is a proactive communicator and the property was exactly as expected. I spent a lot of time working remotely and the internet was fast and reliable. The location is great for walking to bars and restaurants. I would easily stay there next year if we go to cocoa beach.
