A wonderful 4Bedroom+4Bathroom home which is perfect for large groups and families alike! You're just a short walk to everything the City of Brotherly Love has to offer! The perfect mix of family and fun! This property is fully equipped to suit your needs: Large open concept living room, fully stocked kitchen with dining table and breakfast bar, a private office so you don't fall behind with work, a pool table, and even a game room in the basement. 4 full bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a futon, and 2 fold out queen mattresses. The property is located in the highly sought after neighborhood of queen village. You're just a short walk to the historic district, and there are several restaurants and bars within a stone-throw of the property.

The house was exactly what I had hoped for. A place where my sisters and I could gather and enjoy meals together. It was in a good location, walking distance to groceries.

My family (5 adults) absolutely LOVED our stay at this Philadelphia home. This is an incredibly spacious place to stay. The neighborhood, Queen Village, has a great selection of places to shop, dine and explore. We walked to the Liberty Bell & Independence Hall area and also took a few Ubers to other locations we wanted to explore. We really appreciated the cleanliness, space, neighborhood, communication with host and proximity to many Philadelphia hot spots. This was a super successful family trip--one that we will remember for a long time and the accommodation was definitely a big part of that! Highly recommend this listing! Thank you!!

It was large, for sure. It met our needs, although we think you be hard pressed to sleep more than 10 people comfortably.
The house had some places that needed repairs (drawer front missing in kitchen, drain in shower didn't work). The water heater was broken when we got there, so we endured a home repair during our stay. The owner was at least willing to re-negotiate the price for the first day.
