It was a self checking hotel. We didn't meet too much stuff. Hanna who managed the breakfast was an excellent woman. We liked her smile and how he cared for us! Thank Hanna! ❤️❤️❤️

Easy check in, the room were big. Perfect for a short stay after travelling, close to the mall and city center but in a quiet neighborhood.
There was never a staff member working in the front so we only talked to the kitchen staff in the morning. When we tried to call the number for front desk it didn´t answer the second day.

Everything about my stay at So Stay was nice and on a good service level considering the price. It’s only 20 mins walk to town centre, there is a really good transport connection (trams, trains and even buses to airport. The breakfasts are superb, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Pretty easy contactless system to use, the room was very sweet and comfortable!
Not much. I don’t see the reason to overcharge pet cleaning fee per night if the rooms are only cleaned after the stay (this has been reduced in half for me after I asked). My only recommendation would be: find the storage room for guests luggage (as they have to wait until 3pm to check in and you can’t even enter the building until then); also change the stereo in the lobby and dining area - this music loop can drive absolutely everyone crazy :D

it was clean and the bed was comfy
There was no fridge in the room. Which was a bit disappointing since I could keep my probiotics cold.
