The Northbank Loft is a completely private unit on the left side of a split home. There are no walls that are shared with the unit on the right, the Riverwalk Retreat. There is a cleaner's pantry between the two units with multiple sound proofing measures in the 8 foot pantry. Every amenity is yours alone. The hot tub, backyard, courtyard, and every living space is completely private.

This is a very cute, clean apartment. Two-levels, kitchen and sitting area downstairs and bed, sofa, tv, bathroom upstairs. We had everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces. We used the jacuzzi and deck furniture. There was also a little area for sitting with a gas fireplace. I would definitely rent here again. Hopefully it’s available on our next trip to Eugene!

Clean, walking distance to Autzen and PK Park. I love how the bed area has a couch and a TV on the wall. Good communication with the owner, as well. We’d stay again. Thank you!!

Very clean and well taken care of, although the furnishings were a bit sparse in the bedroom. The pet towels are bowls are a nice touch. We will happily stay here again in the future.
