About this apartment rental
This cottage is one of three on our seven acre property and is approximately 400 sq ft with over 600 Sq ft of multi layered deck stepping down to a professionally designed fire pit. Our cottage is newly renovated to have lots of natural light and a very modern feel. It has a large designated area for your exclusive use to ensure your privacy.
The hot tub is designed for two and we provide firewood for you to enjoy evenings at a great fire under the stars with a view to the Trent River.
The space
Campbellford is a beautiful riverside community nestled along the banks of the Trent Severn Waterway in the rolling hills of Northumberland and lies approximately midway between Toronto and Ottawa. The cottage is approximately 5 mins from the local hospital and 10 mins from the centre of town where you can find the LCBO, Beer Store, Pharmacies, Supermarkets, boutiques and bakeries as well as a movie theatre.

We encourage you to go for walks or exercise on any of the 7 acres.

Great little getaway in a lovely town. LOVED the hot tub. No outdoor dining table as pictured, but not a big deal. Place had everything we needed (I do like to cook and with the induction burner, air fryer, microwave and bbq it was not a challenge) but a few little upgrades would be nice. For example: hand towel and face/washcloths, kleenex, extra bed pillows, and nicer bed linens would have made our stay feel a bit more comfortable, but nothing that a quick trip to the local Giant Tiger couldn't easily remedy. All in all a great stay, great value for the money, and I would stay again.

Owner canceled our first night 2 weeks before, due to a septic issue, so we had to find another place to stay our first night in the area.
