Located in a quiet area, next to the train station Joaquin Sorolla (Ave) with all services nearby and you can move walking to the center.
Six people can be comfortably accommodated in the apartment. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed of 1'40 × 2 m. apart from the two rooms
It has all the furniture that a house may need to feel comfortable. With a beautiful kitchen attached to the living room with access to a beautiful terrace, where you can enjoy the temperature of Valencia.

Lovely apartment close to bus lines and subway. Terrace nice to sit on in evening with a glass of wine. The host was very helpful in suggesting what to visit and left metro card that could be loaded with trips on subway or bus

Fantastic stay! Carmen was warm, welcoming, and very flexible. The apartment was spacious and spotless and in a convenient location. We had an excellent experience at this apartment and highly recommend it! Thank you Carmen!!

Carmen was an absolute joy! She is a top shelf hostess! She showed us all of the instructions for the property and made sure we were comfortable. Her knowledge of València was amazing and she departed her wisdom upon us. The property is very clean. The size and accommodations are as advertised. Also the property has a large first aide kit and emergency instructions right at the front door. Again Carmen set the tone for an outstanding stay.
